HAPPY BIRTHDAY 4 DAYS EARLY TO ME...

So my fourth period class decided to throw me a birthday party today! We have a four day weekend and won' be here for my birthday! SUPER FUN! They made me two cakes (one was actually flan), we had pizza, soda, brownies, cookies... YUMMY! I think all they really wanted to was to get out of class work, but I am all for that! =) Anywho--- I will have to put pictures up once I get them on the comp! ANYWAY-- HAPPY 24th to me in 4 days!

FALLING BIRD...

So my second period class was almost over and something hits the window pretty hard. We all rush over to see what it was... last week my mom needed to get my car keys so she threw some bark at the window, so I jsut thought it was someone trying to get my attention... LOW AND BEHOLD-- It was a dead bird falling! It landed outside the window! I guess someone could have thrown it, but still! It was a dead blue bird =( Sad day for the bird..it hit the window hard!

SNOW

So it was a holiday yesterday, which meant NO SCHOOL!!! We decided to drive up to the snow! It was fun..got us out of the house! We took a little walk, but we were all cold, so we decided it was time to go! hahaha We Californians are wimps!

CHRISTMAS TIME COMES ONCE A YEAR!

Had a great Christmas break! 3 weeks off from work! Who could ask for more! It was just enough...you know when you are off for too long you get BORED! Anyway-- Christmas was fun! Kjell and Jonathan came home, as well as Stein and Aunt Dinah! Starr had a moment (if you know her, you know what I mean). We sat around and chatted a lot as a family =) Sometimes, just talking is FUN! (not much to do at home anyway) We saw some movies (I am Legend & National Treasure 2) Starr got me some FUNKY converse shoes...kinda over the top, but I am sure I can make them work =) I got Kjell a camera (which I think she really appreciated!) So, all in all Christmas a good =)



For the next week, though, I went to Massachusetts to visit Lindsy! Good times! Got there on a Monday night...my whole flight was changes because of Horrible weather in Chicago! So I had to fly into Boston...got in around 3:30 am. Didn't get to Lindsy's house until 4:30...LONG DAY! We had to find my luggage. It was flying in on another flight! WEIRD! I was SO scared they lost my stuff---luckily we found it!
The next day we went to Cap Cod--Drove all around trying to find a light house--it was a beautiful (COLD) place! Thursday, Lindsay lost her wallet =( We had an adventure trying to find it!
FRIDAY WAS MY WORST DAY! totally got strep throat =( We were planning on going into Boston, but I had to go to the emergency room instead. Luckily I did because it made me feel a lot better!
SATURDAY was good day-- We went to New York to see WICKED on Broadway! Can I just say that Wicked is definitely my FAVORITE Broadway Play! I keep on singing the songs all DAY LONG!
Sunday was a nice relaxing day! Got to visit with the the Grandparents! =) They are super cute!

That was basically my trip in a nut shell! Had fun seeing Lindsy- I will have to go out again...there's still a lot more I need to see!
