UPDATE...

School is definitely under way! I am getting used to the idea that I have to do this for another 9 Months! Did I really sign up for this?? It's all about the money! I would not be making this much if I did another job! "Just get through the year" I keep telling myelf! In all reality, it's not that bad! We do have some good time! Last week we even had a lock down! SCARY! I was a sub for a teacher, and then the loud speaker came on and was like "LOCK YOUR DOORS" I guess someone pulled a knife on a kid. Yup, I live in a scary town!! hahaha It's always an adventure!
Have had some good times being back! Went to Yosemite with Starr, Stein, and Nicholette! Always a riot with them. Went to the BYU vs. UCLA in LA. Rode a yellow school bus the whole way there and back. A little sore after that! BYU lost, but it was still a good game. I am trying to keep myself busy so I don't go crazy in my small town! So far so good! K...that's the quick update on my life! Keep it real!

SCHOOL SCHOOL SCHOOL

Well, I just finished my 2nd week as a school teacher! The students are starting to wear me out =( I got really mad at them yesterday--I know it's just health, but it's one of my passions! They need to respect me and Health!!! Oh well--that's the DL! I think I have adjusted well! I still have my moments when I get sad, but I just keep going! I am terrified to know what is next for me. Where am I going to go? This year is going to fly by-- I gotta chatch up so I know what I need to do.

Wasting TIME

Meetings, meetings, and more meetings! If you know me at all, you will know that I hate meetings with a passion. Most often than not they are a waste of time! I need to be preparing for the first day, which is on Monday...but nope--they have us in meetings that aren't really getting us anywhere! Oh well---I guess that's what happens when you are a teacher!
It has been kinda weird being home, seeing all my old teachers! Blast from the past!

In California

Well...I finally made back to Cali. Still not so sure how exciting it is, but I am here. It is definitely HOT! Oh how I have not missed that about this place.

My last weekend in Provo pretty much ROCKED! Short version: Linny and I hiked the Y, went to seven peaks (had a bathing suit malfunction), and then head to the Manti temple with Ashleigh, Lindsy and Stiffy for a ward temple trip. It was AMAZING! Manti is one of my top favorite temple =) That was Sat.

Sunday I went to Toni's baby's blessing. What a cute kid she has. I will miss her to death, and I will miss seeing Kyler Eric Booth...too cute. Anywho, All of Sunday was crazy! Meetings, pictures, fireside, ward prayer....it was jammed packed with a million things. My day of rest was not my idea of restful. Great weekend!!

I drove home yesterday in the HEAT. My car started acting funny (Kjell and I actually had to turn the heater on to make sure the car didn't totally heat up...fun, huh?) Luckily we made it. Now I am home and ready to conquer my MESSY ROOM. I still can't believe I will be living in there again. Crazy! Oh--one last note: found out that I will be teaching some Juniors in High school. Hm...that should be interesting!!!!

Last Day at the MOA

So today I finished working at the Museum of Art on BYU Campus...Thanks to Ashleigh's sister, Hannah, I got the job. I will definitely miss the people I work with. I have had some good time =) Too bad it's time to move on...

HARRY POTTER

Um, finished the last and final book last night.... and can I say that it ROCKED MY WORLD. I was very satisfied with how it ended. It is truly a great story =)
